General Questions

Q: Are all your ceramics handmade?
A: Yes! Every item is handmade by myself using traditional techniques. Slight variations in color, shape, and texture are part of their charm.


Ordering & Payment

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse the collection, add your favorite items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Payments are processed securely through my website.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: I accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
A: No, all sales are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.


Shipping & Delivery

Q: Where do you ship to?
A: I currently ship within the U.S. and internationally to selected countries. Shipping rates and times vary by location.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. Delivery times vary based on destination and shipping method. Custom items may take longer.

Q: Is the ceramics company responsible for items lost or stolen during shipping?
A: Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the shipping provider. I am not liable for items that are lost, delayed, or stolen in transit.

Q: Do you offer local pickup?
A: Yes! Local pickup is available in Los Angeles. You’ll receive an email with pickup details once your order is ready.


Returns & Exchanges

Q: What if my item arrives damaged?
A: If your piece arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and item. I’ll be happy to send a replacement or issue a refund.


Product Care

Q: Are your ceramics microwave and dishwasher safe?
A: Most items are microwave and dishwasher safe, but I always recommend hand washing to extend their life. 

Q: Will the glaze or finish change over time?
A: Some natural aging may occur, which adds to the piece’s character. Avoid sudden temperature changes to prevent cracking.


Custom Orders & Wholesale

Q: Do you do commissions?
A: Soon! I'm currently working on a commissions form that I'll be implementing into my website for customized orders.
